The Feline Olympics

I really do think it is appalling how our hard working feline athletes don't get the television coverage and recognition they deserve. These shots are of Fergus, the US team's gold medal champion in the high climb.

Yes, he is way up there. And when he was little and got scared he would call for mommy and mommy would get him down. But then he turned pro.

how adorable is he? I would be scared to death of any of my cats climbing a tree that high. but then again, my cats are afraid of grass, so that would never happen.

meezers mom - LOL!!! Turtle occasionally tries to shoot outside (she was a one-year-old feral kitty when my vet found her), but moose and nala are only a little curious about grass... and scared of the big no-ceilinged sky above them.

And Zuleme - what terrific shots of little Fergus. He was quite a climber!
